Our Story
Our Story: Off The Record
It started with a story that wasn’t supposed to go like this.
An emergency C-section. A NICU stay in a foreign country. The kind of raw, overwhelming reality that no "baby book" prepares you for. In those quiet, heavy hours, I realized I didn’t need a place to track milestones; I needed a place to survive them.
I have always turned to paper. Through heartbreaks where there was no one left to text, and through the loneliest nights of early motherhood, my journal was the only one there. No judgment. No ego. No need to edit the details to make them "sound better."
Off The Record was born from the belief that our most traumatic, messy, and beautiful moments deserve a home. Not a filtered version for social media, but the raw truth.
There is something transformative about looking back at words you wrote a year, a decade, or 15 years ago. It’s a reality check. We often realize that the way a story lives in our heads today is completely different from how we actually felt in the moment. Writing allows you to own your narrative, turning trauma into a story and fleeting feelings into a permanent legacy.
This isn't just a journal. It’s a safe space to be exactly who you are, unedited.
